Do not get a quote from 1st Light Energy. The CSLB license for 1ST LIGHT ENERGY INC, 921371, covering B General Building, C-10 Electrical, and C-46 Solar, reads canceled and not able to contract, with a miscellaneous entry dated August 28, 2026 reading SECRETARY OF STATE SURRENDER. Its workers compensation policy expired June 1, 2025, more than a year before the surrender. A canceled license marked not able to contract is an active license problem, and it is disqualifying on its own.
The brand did not vanish, it moved. A successor entity, 1ST LIGHT SALES CORP, license 1131393, has been active since January 7, 2025 at the same 1869 Moffat Blvd address in Manteca, with the same classifications and the same qualifying individual, Justin Kenneth Krum. That successor license is not clean either: CSLB discloses citation 2 2019 001248, dated August 21, 2019, published per Business and Professions Code section 7124.6.
