How to read this
This B rewards the license record, not the marketing. An eighteen-year active CR-11 with nothing displayed on it is the strongest single fact on this page, but the ROC does not display every complaint ever filed, and the grade cannot see jobs the state never heard about. The two open questions are yours to close at the proposal stage: ask Argent to write a workmanship warranty with a stated duration into the contract, and ask for recent local installations you can check, since no third party publishes its volume.
