What keeps this at B. BBB shows an A+ rating and accreditation since 2009, but also 14 complaints in the last three years, including a February 2026 complaint describing a $50,562 system installed in late December 2025 that did not work properly until late February, with a failed county inspection and SDG&E bills of $466.92 and $478 arriving on top of $955 monthly solar payments. Two employee wage and hour lawsuits exist, one settled for $250,000 in 2024; neither is a government enforcement action. And the 25-year workmanship warranty is stated on an old company blog post, not on the current homepage or residential solar page. Get that term written into the contract before you sign anything.
