Brooklyn SolarWorks publishes a Solar Insure-backed 30-year full system warranty covering panels, inverter, optimizers, racking, labor, and roof penetration, including resealing and reflashing within three inches of the penetration point. It also publishes a 10-year production guarantee for at least 95% of contracted annual kWh, with annual payment of the difference if production falls short. Those are unusually concrete terms. Read the actual contract because the public page is still the company's own published representation.

This is the best-documented installer in this five-company New York metro group. The active DCWP record, real state volume, and written warranty make it a credible quote-list candidate. Still, NYC solar jobs turn on electrical scope and permitting, not just a contractor marketing page. Ask for the DOB licensed electrician's name and license number, then make sure the 30-year coverage and the 95% production guarantee are actually attached to your proposal.
