A D does not say every job fails, and it does not make a quote unusable. It says the visible record contains risks substantial enough that price alone should never settle the decision. Treat the contract as your control point: identify the legal entity, define the project schedule and PTO handoff, name the service contact, and attach the workmanship terms.
