Two more things before you sign anything. The founding year conflicts: BBB says the business started in 2006, while the state license, the Nevada Secretary of State record, and the company's own residential page all point to 2018. Treat 2018 as real. And no company workmanship warranty is published anywhere we could find; the services page leans on manufacturer warranties of up to 25 years, which cover the equipment, not the installation. If you get a quote, ask for the workmanship term in writing first.

BBB dates the business start to February 14, 2006, but no Nevada record supports that earlier date and the company's own residential page describes a 2018 inception.

The services page says only that the manufacturers it uses carry warranties of up to 25 years, which is equipment coverage, not an installation workmanship term, and no duration, scope, or exclusions for workmanship appear anywhere on the site.

How to read this
This grade is a cap, not a character judgment. The rubric treats any government enforcement record as a ceiling of D, and the 2021 OSHA fall protection citation is exactly that, even though the license itself is clean and the state board has never acted against it. If you like working with a small owner run shop, ask Travis Miller directly what changed on job sites after 2021, and get a workmanship warranty in writing before you sign, because none is published.
