Green Energy Solar
We could not verify the single most basic fact about Green Energy Solar: no license record of any kind was found in Florida's DBPR database under Green Energy Solar or Green Energy Solar Solutions as of August 28, 2026. The person its own press release quotes as company representative, Pramis Nicolas Montero Rivera, appears in DBPR only as a Certified Solar Contractor applicant with status Eligible for Exam, no license number, and no licensure date. A directory of 11 active CVC license holders in the Port St. Lucie and Treasure Coast area does not include the company under any name. Florida requires a licensed contractor for this work, and we could not find one attached to this brand.
The corporate paper is no better. The site names no legal entity and prints no license number on any fetched page. The closest matching Florida entity, Green Energy Solar Solutions LLC of Kissimmee, managed by Pramis N Montero, filed 05/10/2021 and was administratively dissolved on 09/26/2025 for failure to file an annual report, after reinstatements in 2022 and 2024. The age claims contradict each other: the site says more than 10 years of experience, a review directory says founded 2012, Thumbtack says 4 years in business, and the Solutions entity filed in 2021. No BBB profile was found under its own name, and the company appears on neither 2026 Solar Power World list.
To be fair about what this is not: no government enforcement action naming the company was found, and its installations may be permitted under a third party qualifier our searches could not surface. But the marketing writes checks the records cannot cash, including Port St. Lucie's #1 solar company, 1,000+ completed installations across Florida, a 25 year workmanship warranty, and certified solar technicians with no subcontractors ever. A 25 year warranty is only as good as the entity standing behind it, and the entity we could identify is dissolved. If you engage this company anyway, demand the legal name of the contracting entity and the license number that will pull your permit, in writing, and verify both at DBPR and Sunbiz before signing anything.
The evidence
The claims conflict and no record settles them. The site claims more than 10 years of experience, a third party review directory lists founding year 2012, Thumbtack lists 4 years in business, and the closest matching Sunbiz entity, Green Energy Solar Solutions LLC, filed 05/10/2021 and is now dissolved. No fetched record establishes when this business actually started.

No BBB profile was found under the company's own name despite multiple searches, so no complaint history exists to read in either direction. Enforcement searches found no AG, FTC, or DOJ action naming the company. The absence of a complaint record here reflects an absence of data, not a clean bill.

The West Palm Beach page claims 1,000+ completed solar installations across Florida along with Tesla Powerwall 3 and Enphase certified installer status. Those are the company's own statements with no entity behind them we could verify, and the company appears on neither the 2026 Top Solar Contractors list nor the 2026 Top Solar Installers list.
DBPR organization searches for Green Energy Solar and Green Energy Solar Solutions returned 0 records as of August 28, 2026, and a Green Energy partial search with city Port St. Lucie also returned nothing. The principal named in the company's own press release, Pramis Nicolas Montero Rivera, shows in DBPR only as a Certified Solar Contractor applicant, status Eligible for Exam, with no license number. No verifiable license exists under any name tested, so our no verifiable license cap applies and the evidence beneath it supports a D.

The site advertises a 25 year workmanship warranty for complete peace of mind. No legal entity is named on the site to stand behind that promise, and the closest matching Sunbiz entity was administratively dissolved 09/26/2025, which makes a multi decade warranty claim impossible to weigh as written.

How to read this
This grade is about verifiability, and here almost nothing verified. It does not mean the company has harmed customers; no enforcement action or complaint record was found. It means the license, entity, and history that should back a 25 year warranty could not be located in the state databases where they are supposed to live. If the company can produce a DBPR license number and an active registered entity, those documents would change this picture; until then, treat every claim on the site as unverified. Our full rubric, including how our own installation business gets graded on the same scale, is on the methodology page. We are a solar installer and we partner with other solar companies. Grading is structurally separated from revenue; see disclosures.
