Incentive Solar
The evidence
LinkedIn states that Incentive Solar was founded in 2013. The company site does not publish a founding year, and the likely associated license was issued in 2019 to a different legal name. The 2013 date is third-party profile information, not a direct license match.

No Incentive Solar BBB profile was found, so a BBB rating, accreditation status, and complaint count were not published or found. No enforcement result was found in the research. The 1048992 CSLB detail page displays no disciplinary action, but that page belongs to a differently named licensee.

Incentive Solar was absent from the 2026 national and 2025 California Solar Power World lists. No employee count, installation count, megawatt total, or completed-project total was published or found in the reviewed material.

No CSLB license is issued to Incentive Solar. License 1048992 is current and active, C-10 electrical only, issued January 15, 2019 and held by Buildings and Construction by Bodde doing business as Incentive Electric. The matching Bodde name and 3115 El Ku Ave address make an association with Incentive Solar an inference. CSLB does not state that the companies are the same, and Incentive Solar's contact page names a different LLC and address.

No workmanship or production warranty language was published on the reviewed home, about, or contact pages. The data was not published or found, so the actual contracting entity's warranty must be put in writing.

How to read this
Do not accept a verbal explanation for the license relationship. Require the proposal and contract to identify the exact legal entity that will contract with you, pull the permit, perform the electrical work, and honor the workmanship warranty. Then compare that entity and license number with CSLB yourself. This file points to a plausible association, but a plausible association is not the same thing as a signed party taking responsibility for your system. Our full rubric, including how our own installation business gets graded on the same scale, is on the methodology page. We are a solar installer and we partner with other solar companies. Grading is structurally separated from revenue; see disclosures.
