Infinium has real operating strengths. CSLB lists Infinium Solar, Inc on active license 1031953 with C-46 Solar, C-10 Electrical, and C-39 Roofing classifications. The company says it was founded in 2008, uses an in-house team, and does not subcontract its solar, roofing, or electrical work. It also publishes a 25-year installation warranty for solar parts and labor. Those are the facts that would normally put a contractor in a strong position for a quote.
The enforcement record changes the grade. OSHA shows a closed accident inspection after a hospitalized injury on a 2021 solar installation. The record lists five current citations and $5,900 in current penalties. A later BBB complaint about delay and responsiveness was resolved to the customer's satisfaction, but it does not erase the OSHA matter. This is a D because government enforcement caps the grade. Do not treat that as proof the company cannot complete a good job. Do treat it as a reason to ask, in writing, what changed in training, fall protection, supervision, and jobsite safety since the inspection.

Infinium says it was founded in 2008 as a full-service contractor serving San Jose and the Greater Bay Area. BBB dates the business start and incorporation to November 25, 2008. CSLB issued its current license in 2017, so the company history predates this license record.

The D is a ceiling imposed by documented enforcement, not a summary of every project the company has performed. If you pursue a quote, make safety part of the contractor interview. Ask who supervises crews, what fall-protection procedures apply, whether the quoted crew is employed by Infinium, and how the company documents jobsite safety. Compare those answers with the warranty and scope, not with a sales pitch alone.
