The 2026 Solar Power World lists rank it 163rd nationally and 32nd among residential installers, with 9,923.81 kW installed in 2025. The ROC record shows no open cases and no discipline, just 2 resolved or settled cases, one closed as inspection compliance confirmed and one closed as Legal - Resolved in January 2026. BBB rates it A+ with 12 complaints in 3 years.

The complaint file is where you need to slow down, and the pattern is specific: it is mostly about who sells for Inty, not who installs for it. In its BBB responses the company repeatedly describes itself as just an installation company working with outside sales partners and dealers. The published complaints describe a door-to-door rep who said he was with SRP and pushed a limited-time offer with repeated visits including 7 p.m. on a Sunday, another rep falsely claiming SRP partnership at a No Soliciting home, a consumer who says he was sold a 7.6 kW system and got a 4 kW system (Inty responded the contract was a 10-panel system with a 7.6 kW inverter), a system upgrade where two strings of the new array did not work and an old system costing more than $30,000 was permanently disconnected without authorization, and an install that proceeded after cancellation, followed by a lien threat. Separately, a May 11, 2026 SolarReviews review alleges a sales rep pressured the reviewer's 76-year-old mother into a $172,000 contract for a system the reviewer says should have cost less than $45,000. That is a consumer allegation on a review site, not an adjudicated finding, and we report it as exactly that.

So, quote or no quote? The install operation looks real: in-house crews per the company site, Tesla Powerwall authorization claimed, state license clean, volume verified by a third party. If you go in through the front door, contacting Inty directly rather than signing with whoever knocked, you cut out the layer generating most of the complaints. Two things to fix in writing before you sign: no warranty terms are published anywhere we could read, so get workmanship and equipment coverage on paper, and confirm exactly which entity your contract is with, since BBB lists US Solar Programs LLC, Inty Solar LLC, and Solar Clicker as alternate names.
