That LLC now does business as Continuum. Continuum's terms of service name North Valley LLC as the contracting party, its team bios describe the company as formerly North Valley LLC, and its co-owner Vincent Tyler Smith is the license's qualifying individual. So the linkage runs through an address, a person, and a directory listing, not through a registered name. It is a documentation problem, and every piece of it is fixable in the contract: demand the legal entity name, the license number, and the warranty obligor in writing before you sign.
