CSLB shows license 1108670 at 11175 Azusa Ct Ste 110, current and active, issued August 14, 2023 and good through August 31, 2027, with a 25,000 dollar North River bond effective July 30, 2025. There is no complaint-disclosure section, no citation, no accusation and no civil judgment on the record. BBB gives it an A, lists the same address, and says the rating factor behind that grade is length of time the business has been operating. Thumbtack independently verified the C-10 classification on 11/7/2024. Google shows 5.0 from 34 ratings in our Rancho Cucamonga feed.

The reason this lands mid-scale rather than higher is that almost nothing about scale or accountability is documented. Thumbtack lists four employees and hired eight times. That is the only volume evidence in the file, and it is platform activity, not verified installations. Nueva appears in none of the three Solar Power World lists we checked. The about page claims over 10 years of expertise in the electrical and solar industry, which is a statement about people, not about company age, and the company age itself is unclear: license issued 2023, BBB says two years, Thumbtack says four.

Two specifics deserve a direct question. First, the qualifying individual, Peter Joel Basurto, is the qualifier on four active licenses at once: South Bay Electric in Lynwood, LogicLamp Technologies in Fullerton, Nueva Energy here, and Solar Care and Electric in San Jose, the last of which he joined in May 2026. That is legal under CSLB rules, and it is also the person whose competency the license rests on, spread across the state. Second, the workers compensation certificate on file through Technology Insurance expires September 1, 2026, nine days after we pulled this record, so ask to see the renewal certificate rather than trusting our snapshot.

Get a quote if you want a small local crew and you are willing to do the paperwork yourself. The site says solar, storage and electrical work are all done in-house, and testimonials come from Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana and Ontario customers, which fits a company working its own backyard. But the homepage advertises 25-year equipment and workmanship coverage as a bullet with no terms, no exclusions and no transfer conditions, and the site publishes no street address, no legal entity designation and not even its own license number. Ask for all of it in writing, plus proof of who supervises the crew when the qualifier is on a job in Santa Clara County.
