Ask whether your roof work will be performed by Sattler, a named roofing partner, or both, and have the contract state who owns a leak claim from first notice through repair. Request the full 10-year warranty language before the deposit, including exclusions, response time, transfer rules, and whether partner work is covered by the same promise.
