The address on the license matches the address on the site and the address on the state corporate filing, which sounds trivial until you see how often it does not.

So why a C and not a B? Two reasons, both about thinness rather than trouble. First, the track record is short. The corporation was filed April 30, 2022, the license is three years old, and BBB counts four years. Nothing here has been tested by time, which also explains the empty complaint history. Second, the warranty is missing entirely. Not vague, missing. We read the about, services, and contact pages and found no warranty language of any kind. A company with no published labor term cannot be graded as if it had a strong one, and our rubric treats a weak or unpublished warranty as mixed evidence.

Two smaller items belong in your notes. The contractor bond on file is the standard 25,000 dollars from Philadelphia Indemnity, effective August 1, 2026, which means the bond on record was only weeks old when we pulled it, so confirm it is still posted before you sign. And the license covers C-10 electrical work and nothing beyond it, so roofing and structural scope on a retrofit needs a named responsible party. Owner Frank Fernandez is the qualifying individual and CSLB shows one prior association, a six-day link to Solar Discount Group Inc in 2022, which is short enough to be a paperwork artifact but fair to ask about.

Worth a quote? Yes, if you like the owner-run model the company sells: it says you are not handed off to a random subcontracted crew and that Fernandez leads every project and answers inquiries himself. Just make the warranty a written contract attachment rather than a conversation, and ask how many jobs the crew has completed this year. A young shop with clean paper and a real owner on site is a reasonable bet. It is just not a documented one yet.
