Installer profile

Sun Elevated

N/A
Not graded. Sun Elevated is primarily a solar maintenance, roofing, and pest-exclusion company that began as a panel-cleaning outfit and partners with other installers. An installer grade would misdescribe the business.

Sun Elevated should not be evaluated as a solar installation company, so this page assigns no grade. The evidence points one direction. The company began as Wash Me Solar, a solar cleaning and protection business, and later merged with Kuality Roofing. Its Utah contractor license exists under WASH ME SOLAR, LLC, DBA SUN ELEVATED, issued March 19, 2026 with B100 general building and E201 residential electrical classifications and no S202 Solar Photovoltaic classification, which is the classification Utah DOPL issues for solar contracting. All ten Google reviews featured on its own homepage describe Wash Me Solar cleaning, pigeon guard, and attic fan jobs, not a single new solar installation. The same homepage displays a partner logo wall that includes Spring Solar, Apollo Energy, and LGCY Power, which are solar companies in their own right. Put that together and you get a service and roofing operation that works alongside installers rather than competing with them.

Judged as what it actually is, the record is decent. The DOPL license is Active with no disciplinary actions, checked both on the license detail record and in the DOPL actions database. BBB shows zero complaints. One caution: the homepage claims an A+ BBB rating, but the fetched BBB profile displays no letter rating and lists the business as not accredited. The timeline claims also disagree, with the about page saying the business began in 2019, BBB dating the start to April 22, 2021, and the homepage claiming over 10 years of experience. None of that is disqualifying for panel cleaning or bird control. If you need a new array designed, installed, and warranted, this is the wrong page, and probably the wrong company, for that job.

The evidence

LongevityVerified

BBB dates the business start and incorporation to April 22, 2021 with the file opened October 27, 2023. The company about page says it began as Wash Me Solar in 2019 and that owner Jamie Lacher purchased it in 2022, while the homepage claims over 10 years of experience. The dates do not fully align, and the contractor license itself was only issued March 19, 2026.

Complaints and enforcementVerified

BBB shows 0 complaints. The DOPL license detail record states no disciplinary actions within the statutory time frame, and a separate search of the DOPL actions database by license number 14270828-5501 returned no actions. Searches found no enforcement action naming the company. Note that the homepage claims an A+ BBB rating while the fetched BBB profile displays no letter rating and shows the business as not accredited.

Verifiable volumePending verification

No installation volume evidence exists in this research. Sun Elevated appears on neither the 2026 Solar Power World national list of 388 ranks nor the 14-row Utah list, and the ten Google reviews on its own homepage all describe cleaning, pigeon guard, and attic fan work rather than installations.

How to read this

The N/A badge means this business sits outside the installer rubric, not that it flunked it. Grading a maintenance and roofing operation on installation criteria would mislead in both directions. If you want panels cleaned, pigeons excluded, or a roof inspected, the clean DOPL and BBB record here is relevant and reassuring. If a salesperson pitches you a new system under this brand, ask exactly who holds the S202 solar classification for the job and get that company's name on the contract, because this license does not carry one. Our full rubric, including how our own installation business gets graded on the same scale, is on the methodology page. We are a solar installer and we partner with other solar companies. Grading is structurally separated from revenue; see disclosures.
