How to read this

Terra is not selling the same product as a cash or loan installer. It is offering use of a system it continues to own. Ask for the name and license number of the contractor on your permit, then ask exactly who will service the system if Terra or the contractor changes. Compare the 36-month initial term, cancellation rights, escalators if any, transfer rules, and end-of-agreement options against a purchase quote. Finally, get a written explanation of the AS-IS terms beside the maintenance and equipment-risk promises. That is where the real consumer protection lives.
