CSLB shows Citation 2 2022 001111, completed August 18, 2022, and complaint case N 2023 000287 dated August 7, 2025 with the status LICENSE REVOKED. BBB rates the Lehi entity F, not accredited, citing failure to have a required competency license and failure to respond to 10 complaints. It counts 107 complaints in the last three years. BBB also logs a government action from September 25, 2024 in which the Utah Division of Professional and Occupational Licensing revoked the company's B100 classification for unprofessional conduct.

BBB's California profile for "Titanium" at Rancho Cucamonga is marked Not Rated because the business is out of business, and that page carries 101 complaints in three years under alternate names including Titanium Solar. Trade press reported AMP Smart of Lehi acquiring the Rancho Cucamonga solar business founded by Josh Sutherland in 2012, and a public UCC Article 9 notice listed Titanium Solar LLC among grantors in a secured-creditor collateral sale dated May 10, 2024. No single legal entity operating at the Ontario address was confirmed anywhere in the record we pulled.

The 3.8-star Google average in our Ontario directory feed is the least reliable number on this page, because it reflects a sales operation that regulators shut down. The evidence
The dates do not agree and none of them describe a going concern. Trade press says the California business was founded by Josh Sutherland in 2012, BBB's California profile gives a start date of 8/1/2012 and marks the business out of business, and the Utah licensee's BBB profile says five years with a CSLB license issued 06/15/2021. Longevity is moot when the operating record ends in revocation.
