BBB rates it A+, accredited since July 25, 2018, with a business start of August 1, 2017, but neither BBB page we read states a complaint count or publishes a single complaint text, which is unusual. No warranty terms appear anywhere we could read, no service area is stated beyond working with professionals across the country, and there is no Solar Power World listing.
If you take a quote from Ultra Energy, the single question that matters is: which licensed contractor will pull the permit and install my system? Get that company's name and ROC number before you sign, then check its record the way we checked these. You would be buying a project managed by a dealer and built by a contractor you have not met yet. That can work fine, and it can also leave you between two companies when something breaks, which is exactly the pattern we see in complaint files across this market.
